All item prices include GST and a full Tax Invoice is issued with every purchase.
We aim to make our descriptions and information as accurate as possible.While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details is unintentional.Please advise us of any errors so that we can constantly improve our service to you.
We offer you excellent prices and great service and we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you must inform us within 7 days with your reason, and the item may be returned within 14 days provided it is unused and in exactly the same condition as it left our warehouse.All return freight is payable by the buyer.
Shipping & Delivery
Please make sure the address you enter in the checkout process is correct as we send the item to that address.We are not liable or responsible if the address provided is incorrect, and we regret that we cannot ship to PO Boxes or accept COD.We also ask that you supply us with a contact phone number for the courier.
Our equipment shipping rates will always be based on the per kilo and distance freight charges for each item.Therefore there is no discount for multiple items and no pick-ups available.
Dispatch of goods is on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.Your item will be posted on the first shipment day after payment clears.This means that if your payment is cleared Monday afternoon or Tuesday, your item will be shipped on Wednesday – we hope you understand that this enables us to keep our prices down.
The item will not be dispatched until payment is made in full and the funds have cleared into our account.
All items are provided with a tracking number which will be emailed to you upon request.Normally your item will arrive within 2-5 days, but please allow an extra few days for remote areas.You are able to use the tracking number to verify the whereabouts of your shipment.
Items are delivered during normal business hours.If you are unavailable or not present at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left in a safe place at the delivery address.If required, we can make a note on the consignment to have your goods left at your front or back door at the buyers own risk.Please let us know your instructions at the time of purchase.
If your item is over 50kg it is necessary to have someone present to help the driver unload the package.
Before signing the delivery docket, check that no damage has occurred in transit.Mammoth Equipment is not responsible for any loss or damage to the items once they are in possession of the courier company.If an item arrives damaged you must:
·Mark the Proof of Delivery Docket as ‘Damaged Goods’ prior to signing (signing without notation indicates the package has arrived in good condition).
·The damage must be reported in writing to Mammoth Equipment within 24 hours of delivery.
·Original packaging must be kept, and digital photos need to be taken of the unopened package, the inside of the packaging, and the damaged item itself.These must be forwarded to Mammoth Equipment as evidence to support your claim.
We do our best to ensure that your item is delivered fast and in excellent condition.All packages leave our warehouse in perfect condition and we provide you with free shipping insurance.This will cover any damage from the courier during delivery.
Warranty
All warranty are manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated in the individual listing.Damage due to mishandling, misuse, incorrect assembly, accident, collision or improper and irregular maintenance will not be covered under warranty.The warranty will only cover the parts deemed faulty or defective under normal use.We require that all parts claimed under warranty be sent back to us for inspection, replacement or repair.The warranty does not replace parts that are considered to be normal wear consumables.

Mammoth Equipment does not accept liability for loss, injury or damage caused by the use of the product in a manner that it is not designed for, recommended nor intended by the manufacturer.The buyer and operator must accept all responsibility and risks associated with usage.These products may be dangerous if used improperly or in inappropriate conditions (please refer to the operating manual and read the safety procedures and warnings).Mammoth Equipment is not responsible or liable for any property damage, injuries to self or third party, loss of limb or death caused as a result of using any of our products.Mammoth Equipment does not accept liability for injury or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to misuse, neglect, excessive use, alteration, modification, defective installation, maintenance or repair of product.
